UCA Group Benefits and Pricing

If you are looking for a low-cost, effective way to offer your associates or employees benefits and healthcare, you are not alone. A recent study by the Kaiser Family Foundation and Health Research and Educational Trust concludes that 40% of employers in this country do not provide benefits for their workers. Why? They simply can’t afford it. Yet jobseekers rank “benefits” high, putting recruiters who can't offer a comprehensive benefit program at a disadvantage.

Recognizing this growing problem, UCA offers a variety of program levels designed to meet the needs of any business, large or small. (click here to see UCA’s Benefits and review the chart below for group pricing) With UCA, all current health conditions are accepted and there are no limits on usage, so administrators don’t have to worry about tracking annual or lifetime maximums.

Employer-sponsored benefits also help improve morale, loyalty, and retention by making a positive impact on employees physical and financial wellbeing.

By offering businesses access to significant healthcare and lifestyle benefits, UCA gives them a way to retain valuable employees and enhance their competitive edge within the job market.

UCA helps organizations and businesses by:

  • Providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional high-priced employee benefit plans
  • Strengthening employee retention
  • Attracting better employees
  • Enhancing corporate image within the job market
  • Minimizing the burden of program administration
  • And increasing employee loyalty.

Why UCA is in such high demand:

  • More than 40 million Americans have no health insurance. It is estimated that the number of uninsured Americans is rising by more than one million people per year.
  • More than 50% of small businesses in America do not offer a benefits to their employees.
  • In 1998, 27 million families—one out of three non-elderly families—spent more than 10% of their income on healthcare. Statistics show that Americans are using healthcare services at an ever-increasing rate.

Call your UCA representative today to discover how to make UCA an integral part of your long-term business strategy to attract and retain valuable employees!
